Use Lumoo fairly, keep your account secure, and we'll work to make staying connected while travelling simpler.
These Terms govern your use of Lumoo websites, applications and related services.
Using Lumoo
You may use Lumoo for lawful personal or business travel connectivity purposes. You must not:
- misuse the service
- interfere with Lumoo systems
- attempt unauthorised access
- abuse network services
- use Lumoo for unlawful activity
- attempt to resell services unless authorised
Your account
You are responsible for:
- keeping your account secure
- providing accurate information
- maintaining access to your registered email
- activities performed through your account
eSIM compatibility
Before purchasing or installing an eSIM, make sure your device:
- supports eSIM
- is network unlocked
- supports the required network bands
- is compatible with the destination network
Device compatibility may vary by manufacturer, model, country and carrier.
Network availability
Lumoo provides access to mobile connectivity through third-party network and eSIM providers. Actual coverage, availability, network operator, 4G / 5G availability, latency, speed and signal strength may vary depending on:
- location
- device
- local network conditions
- congestion
- network maintenance
- local carrier policies
Lumoo cannot guarantee a specific network speed or signal level at every location.
Purchases and payments
Prices and plan details are shown before purchase. Please review the destination, validity, data allowance, plan type and device compatibility before completing an order.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Lumoo Refund Policy.
Fair usage
Some plans may be subject to Fair Usage Policies, network management, carrier restrictions or temporary speed limitations. Where applicable, these conditions are shown in the product information.
Service availability
Lumoo may update, improve or modify parts of the service from time to time. Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, external providers or circumstances outside Lumoo's reasonable control.
Intellectual property
Lumoo branding, software, design, graphics, content and related intellectual property belong to Lumoo or its respective licensors unless otherwise stated.
Account suspension or termination
Lumoo may restrict or terminate access where there is fraud, abuse, illegal activity, a security risk or a serious violation of these Terms.
You may also delete your own account at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lumoo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from network conditions, device compatibility or third-party services outside our reasonable control. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Changes to these Terms
Lumoo may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change.
