Delete your Lumoo account
Your account. Your data. Your choice.
You can permanently delete your Lumoo account and the personal data associated with it. Lumoo eSIM is operated by llumoo limited.
Delete from the Lumoo app
Open the Lumoo app and go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps to permanently delete your account.
Don't have access to the app?
Request deletion here. No app or login needed.
To keep your account safe, we'll only delete it after confirming that you control this email address. Knowing an email address alone is never enough.
What will be deleted
Personal information associated with your account is deleted or anonymised where applicable, including:
- your Lumoo account
- profile information
- saved preferences
- account-linked eSIM information
- app-related account data
- AI recommendation and usage-summary information linked to your account
What we may need to keep
Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for:
- legal obligations
- tax and accounting requirements
- payment records
- fraud prevention
- security
- disputes
- regulatory requirements
Retained information is no longer available as an active Lumoo account and is kept only for the necessary retention period. Read our Privacy Policy
